Why did i received only one of my products?
Do not be alarmed, sometimes our products are shipped separately. Due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations and as well as this is in an effort to save on shipping costs so that we can keep shipping FREE for all of our customers! If you were given an order number for each product, there will also be a personalized tracking number for each one of them, so that you can see when the next one will arive.

My order arrived damaged, can i get refund? 

In rare cases, products may become damanged in transit. If that's the case, please email us with videos and pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue a full refund according to our refund policies.
